Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items into the original shipping box or a similar reusable mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
